As we head into the month of August it is a sign that the season is slowly coming to an end for the year. In qualifying Mark turned a 19.591 which placed him 2nd fastest. In the dash Mark lined up inside row 3 along side Terry Baldry. With the dash being the 6 fastest cars and the race only being 6 laps one can't advance much in the race, Mark advances one spot and comes home 4th. The feature line up had Mark lined up 8th (outside row 4) and at the start he started to move his way to the front. About 10-15 laps into the race Mark slowed on the track, but continued to make laps around the track before pulling in and calling it a night.
