This evening Mark qualified 2nd fastest this evening with a lap of 19.734. This evening there wasn't a dash race just heat races, with Mark's qualifying lap he was put in the fast heat. Mark started 8th in the fast heat and moved up to 5th place, but ran out of laps to move forward anymore. In the feature Mark started 8th (outside row 4) and it seemed like the outside line was the preferred line. As Mark was making a pass he was spun out in turns 1 and 2 which sent him to the back of the field. After running some laps in the back of the pack Mark felt something break on the car and pulled in. Not what the team was expecting to happen this evening as it put an end to a good run.
