August 23rd, 2003 Racing

This evening was the final leg of the Red, White and Blue Series. Mark qualified about 7th fastest this evening, but the night would come to a stop shortly there after. In the first 50 lap race Mark only made about 2 laps when he fell off the pace. After looking at the engine, it is believed that the engine dropped a valve. At this time plans are not known whether they will be back out on Thursday.
