Aftering having a great run Thursday turn to disappointment at the end of the feature, Mark was looking to have a great run in the Red, White Blue Series season ending race. Mark qualified with a 19.640 which put him 5th fastest overall. In the first 50 lapper Mark started in 8th place and advanved to 6th place and keeping in mind there is another 50 lap feature to go he saved the car. In the second 50 lap feature Mark started in the 13th place position and marched toward the front. In both feature there were no caution laps so the field really got spread out quickly. Mark got up to the 8th position and was passing some fast cars and was now in 6th place. The car was coming in and Mark was ready to take a couple more positions unfortunately the checkered flag fell. Mark finished both features in the 6th position and finished 6th place in overall Red, White and Blue Series points.
