Saturday August 10th

This evening we ran at 141 Speedway for the Midwest Allstar Series race. This evening finished out the 3 nights of racing in a row. Mark qualified 2nd fastest with a time of 11.718 just missing the fast time honors. We had a great run in the fast heat by taking a 3rd place finish. We were lined up about mid pack for the 18 car 100 lap feature event. We were running in the top 5 for most of the race, it was a challege to make passes as there seemed to be a lap car every couple of laps. We avoided some wild driving and some accidents to take a 3rd place finish! Great job over all, by everyone! This week we will again run 3 nights in a row, Thursday at WIR (extended features), Friday and Norway and Saturday at WIR for the Blue race.
