Thursday August 8th

We knew heading into tonight that we needed to finish ahead of Terry Baldry in qualifying, the dash and the feature for the rest of the nights in order to have a shot at the title. We started the evening off with this in mind as we took the fast qualifying time, with a time of 19.676. In the dash event we started in the 6th spot and had alot faster car than the guys in front of us, but the drivers didn't make it that easy, we finished in 4th place. In the feature we started in the 9th place and continued toward the front until an accident took out alot of cars. We got on the brakes but got spun out and had damage to the front left side. We were able to continue without stopping to make repairs. There was alot of side by side racing and we had no place to go.. We finished the feature in the 3rd place. Great Night over all, fast qualifier, 4th in dash and 3rd in the feature. We lost 5 points on the points leader.
