Heading into tonights races there is one night of racing left after this night. Mark qualfied very well with a lap of 19.797 which was 2nd fastest, missing fast time by .051 of a second. Mark would start 5th in the dash and work his way up to 3rd place. The feature lineup had Mark in 13th place which was the fast line tonight. The inside line was moving and the outside line was falling back. Mark got up to 5th place and was making a charge to the front. Mark would get passed by Lowell Bennett, Terry Baldry and Jeff Van Oudenhoven moving Mark back to 8th place. The car seemed strong at the beganing of the run. At the checkered flag Mark would finish in 8th place. Tonight it was Budweiser night in which they have to "Special" Races for the Late Models and Limited Late Models. The drivers who have won a feature this year and the drivers that are in the top 10 in points who haven't won a feature this year are in the race. They picked a cooler which carried a number of where they would start. Mark Picked number 9 which put him on the inside of row 5. It was a 15 lap race which was run on the same tires they ran tonight. Some teams ran a couple laps and pulled in saving there tires. Mark moved up to 6th place and basically road there.
