For the first time there have been four straight Thursday Night Thunders run without bad weather! The weather was good and so was the car tonight! Mark qualified 6th fastest with a 19.823 which put him in the dash. The lineup for the dash has Mark inside of row one, at the start Mark ran side by side with Kris Kelly. Mark would move into the number one spot and never looked back, he would go on to win the dash which is the 4th dash he has won at WIR this season!! Mark commented on the radio after the dash "We have a good car tonight." With that it put Mark in 9th place (inside of row 5) to start the feature. At the green Mark moved up as the car was turning well through the corners, Mark would get hung out on the outside and lose 4 spots. There was a caution for two cars that tangled in front of Mark, only those two drivers thought they got there spot back. The went back to their spots and the officials never moved them back or black flagged them. Those two cars would stay in front of Mark for the rest of the feature. At the checkers the #7 was in 10th place, Mark said on the radio after the feature "I wasn't able to do anything with the car."

Points - 5th, 135 points out of 1st.
