Thursday June 7th

Finally got a Thursday Night Thunder in! It has been three weeks since we last raced. But it was a great night for Mark Schroeder Motorsports!!! Mark started the night off with a qualifying lap of 19.645 which was 6th fastest. That put Mark on the pole for the dash. At the green flag Mark pulled away but the feel would be slowed for a caution. Restarted the dash from the top and again Mark pulled away. He would hold on to WIN THE DASH!!!! This put Mark in the 7th starting spot for the feature. After running for a couple laps Mark was picking off postions right and left. Mark would get to forth place and charging toward the top 3. Mark would get by Jim Duchow and chase down the leaders but the car was getting tighter then it needed to be. GREAT NIGHT. Nice job Mark and team!

Points: 5th - 38 behind first place
