August 13th Racing
August 13th, 1999 - Mark made a trip to Norway for the 100 lap State Line Challenge. During the feature Mark was involved in a wreck causing the first caution. On the restart Mark pic up position after position. Mark was in the top 5 by the time the next caution came out. Mark motored past the front runners. He would take over the lead and pull a large distants from second place Jamie Iverson. Before the feature was complete there was another yellow which tightened the field. On the restart Mark had his mirror full of Kevin Cywinski. Mark was able to hold him off for his first feature win of 1999.
